This page explains, in plain language, what information CredMe collects during your consultation and calculator use, and what it is used for. It is not a substitute for a full, legally-drafted privacy policy, which we recommend reviewing before this product handles real customer data at scale.

What we collect

The financial and personal details you provide during your consultation or calculator session, such as residency, employment, income, and property goals, along with your name, email, and phone number if you choose to unlock a CredProfile or speak with an advisor. No credit check is performed, and nothing is shared with a bank without your decision to move forward.

What it is used for

Preparing your CredProfile, matching you against real UAE lender policy, and, if you request it, connecting you with your assigned advisor. Your information is not sold, and it is not used for purposes unrelated to your own mortgage consultation.

Your CredProfile

Your CredProfile is yours to keep, download, and share with any bank you choose, at your own discretion.

Questions about your data can be directed to your assigned advisor once your consultation is complete.
